Jdeveloper unable to launch Virtual Machine../../jdk/jre/bin/client/jvm.dll

HI All,

I am on Windows 10 Enterprise and downloaded p35872332_R12_GENERIC for Oracle Apps 12.2.13 version and when I am trying to open jdevW application I am receiving above error message unable to launch Virtual Machine../../jdk/jre/bin/client/jvm.dll.

I couldn't create any environment variable .

Any one has any suggestions on this.
