How to get the refresh number from 'Load Planning Data from Flat Files' FBDI callback in OIC?

Hello,

I am trying to load External forecast using FBDI process 'Load Planning Data from Flat Files'. The callback payload in OIC for this process does not include the refresh_number that is stored in the msc_st_demands or msc_demands table.

Oracle suggested using the below query to get the refresh number:

select REFRESH_NUMBER from

fusion.msc_coll_cycle_status

where ESS_COLL_JOB_SET_REQ_ID = <Process ID>

But, none of the process Ids that are received from callback give any result for this query.
