Inventory Item Supply/Demand Performance

I inadvertently submitted the Inventory Item Supply/Demand program for all orgs. When I realized that is why it was taking so long to run I terminated the program, then submitted it for the individual orgs I wanted to load data for. However, when I submitted the Inventory Supply/Demand Data Load it has been running for over 5 hours. Upon checking the INV_ECC_SUPPLY_DEMAND table, there are records in it for all orgs from the first run of the Inventory Item Supply/Demand program. How can I get rid of the rows for the orgs I don't want?
