ESU Integrity report

I have recently had some issues where the Planner database seems to be corrupted. Multiple issues in extracting, downloading, and installing ESUs have contributed to an unknown state for the ESU tables.

Is there a tool, utility, or report I can run to check/confirm the integrity of the Software updates? I have cases where there are records in the F9670 but no matching records in the F9671 (Header/detail) and I would like to confirm the status of the tables.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
