Maximum value exceeded for line number error when converting sales quote to sales order

Good day. I need assistance with the problem we are currently experiencing with JDE. We are on E1 9.2 and there's a sales quote that was loaded which the last line number was 999 then when trying to convert the system gave an error about the maximum value exceeded for line number. Then a new sales quote was loaded, its last line number is 810 and the total number of records on the quote is 405, but system gave same error. The application used for converting is P420111. Below is the error I am getting.
