Generate CSV Output from Scheduled UBE

Is there anywhere within a UBE version I can set default output options? We have a requirement to generate the report output in both PDF and CSV format. When submitting the UBE manually I can override the document options and select CSV output, however when running the UBE from the JDE scheduler there is no similar option.

Is there anywhere I can set the default document options for the version? I know I can use Orchestrator to submit the UBE and override there, but was hoping to avoid generating numerous Report requests and orchestrations just to submit the reports.
