Is there a process for adding newly delivered activity guide category steps to effdted rows?

We are working on configuring the Onboarding process and activity guide.  We have created a new effective dated row on the delivered ONBOARDING category and added some of our own custom steps.

My question is, when oracle delivers new steps in the Onboarding category, how do I add them to my effective dated row?  For example the new preboarding and I-9 fluid steps that were delivered in pum 50.
