Authorization Error Testing New MOS Preview
Has anyone else experienced users seeing an error "You are not authorized to access the app. Contact your system administrator." while previewing the new MOS portal? This is specific when trying to login using the commercial cloud account.
We have multiple tenancies, and it seems that what works for tenancy/identity domain for some users, does not work for other users.
If I go into administration, I can see all users are setup with the same access to the same tenants, but still some get the error. I'm trying to prepare documentation for next week, but haven't found a combination that appears to work for all users.
