The system calculates the FCP - Fund to combat poverty or Fund for Combating and Eradicating Poverty (FECOP) for:

1- Internal operations (state of origin equal to the state of destination) ;

2- Taxpayer code = 1 (Taxpayer) (not 2 - consumer)
