ODA x7 lsdg output vs BUI Disk Group Information

I have an ODA appliance model x7 2HA bare metal - release 19.15 with 19.15 databases. From the management console I can see that there is 1.2 Tb available in +DATA for PRODEDWS.

Why does lsdg show negative values for the same Disk Groups?

From lsdg output, it seems that I have compromised ability to recover from a bad disk. From bui perspective, I have room to grow. How should I interpret these differences?
