Oracle 3950 SBC | Ringback for calls

Good Day,

Hope someone can assist me please - is it possible to configure ringback for all calls on the SBC? We are having issues with ringback on the service providers end, so we would like t try and configure the SBC to trigger it.

We are using 3950 SBCs with version 9.3
