USESSION table multiple rows for same user_id

I just recently took over support as our resident P6/Cobra Oracle guy retired so I'm new to all of this. We don't have P6 installed in the cloud, it's hosted on premise, it's version 23.12 and these are Oracle Databases for the most part, this one below in particular. It's 19c.

I got a message saying that the users in one of our databases were getting kicked out (no other details as of yet). I was looking at some notes I had taken and it mentioned this table "USESSION" and there are several rows with last_active_time = (sysdate - last_active_time between .8 and 2.5 days where DELETE_SESSION_ID = 0 and DELETE_DATE is null)
