R12 Restrict Accounting for specific Account and Legal Entity segment

Hi

Finance user requesting restriction for two Accounts with Legal Entity Code for temporary period of three months. Setup is like below:

structure is having total 8 segments. below account and legal entity need to restrict

Natural Account

Legal Entity

Balancing Segment

Values

Account value

15000

Asset Acct

Account value

Liab Acct

Legal Entity

ABC LTD

  1. Any Accounting code combination with 8 segment structure should disallow users with above values and
  2. Should not create new code combinations with above values.

How to achieve this?
