I am on EBS 12.2.9 with Delta.15 and Oracle database version 19.25.0.0.0 on a Linux server

When I run ./checkDBpatch.sh on my database tier after I applied the Patch 36944346: ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.2: CPU PATCH FOR OCT 2024, I encountered error. Anyone has encountered a similar issue and what is your solution to this problem?
