Need recommendations to reduce downtime and successfully upgrade DB and ASM

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade both nodes from Oracle 12c to 19.24, including the Oracle database instances, ASM, and Grid infrastructure.

Attaching the configs details of the DB and ASM setup.

Could you please advise on the recommended order of actions and any best practices to minimize downtime?

Additionally, I have the following questions:

1- Can we upgrade the ASM and Oracle database on the passive node if the database disk groups are not currently mounted there? If not, what would you suggest? Should we first mount the disk groups on the passive node before proceeding with the ASM and database upgrade?
