ORA-04031 from SYS_AUTO_SQL_TUNING_TASK

Database version: 19.23.0.0.0

I am getting ORA-04031 at 10pm (maintenance window) everynight these days. It started about a week ago. No changes to Oracle software. Have not installed any patches recently.

Your help is truly appreciated.
