Activity Guide template cloning action buttons not working

Hi all - has anyone ever experienced this? When I try to clone an activity guide, neither the Cancel nor Continue buttons do anything…it just sits there. I have to use the browser's back button in order to get out of the page. I am able to update a template with a new effective dated row, but I cannot clone.
