Validate OS Patch step running for 60+ minutes during Bundle patch upgrade from 19.22 to 19.23

Hi,

We are running ODA X8-2S machine.
We upgraded from 19.20 to 19.22 in August 2024. At the same time we upgraded our OS from OL7.9 to OL8.9

Today we are running Bundle Patch upgrade from 19.22 to 19.23.
We executed the step: odacli describe-prepatchreport
All steps are complete except for "Verify OS patch" which shows a status of "Running" for the past 60+ minutes.

Could anyone please let us know how long this step takes to complete.
As this is a dev environment, we do not have Oracle Support during the weekend.

I have uploaded the recent updated portion of the logfile:
/opt/oracle/dcs/log/dcs-agent.log
