Oracle Landed Cost Management

While applying a test case for Oracle EBS LCM as a service I have noticed that the LCM shipment has been imported with the status Completed! so we are not able to update it because it is OPM org!

Is there any way to avoid importing the LCM shipment with the Completed status so we can update the estimated charges?
