Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Credit Memo GL date derivation

Hi,

I have the below case while importing credit memos:

Derive date: Yes (on the CM source).
We have created a sales order on 01 Jan 2023 (closed period-now), also the imported invoice in the same date.
We have created an RMA on 07 Nov 2024 (open period)
AutoInvoice for the CM source is scheduled.
The imported CM has GL date 06 Nov 2024 (before the RMA date), and I found this date is the date of autoinvoice parameter.

So, why the imported CM doesn't take the GL date as RMA date and have taken the autoinvoice parameter?

And how can I make the GL date for the imported CM as RMA date not as autoinvoice parameter?
