How to config NFS with exadata NFS client & AIX NFS server?

Dears,

Kindly i am seeking your support and cooperation how to get the best performance and configuration for NFS mount point between AIS as NFS server and exadata X10 as NFS client for completing our export and import as fast as we can as we tried with the below configuration but unfortunatly we find that the read from the nfs mopunt point on exadata is performing very slow as shown below:

[oracle@fcptmigdb01 dump1]$ dd if=/dev/zero of=testfile_n12 bs=1G count=1 oflag=direct
1+0 records in
1+0 records out
1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB, 1.0 GiB) copied, 4.6048 s, 233 MB/s

[oracle@fcptmigdb01 dump1]$ dd if=testfile_n12 of=/dev/null bs=1G count=1 iflag=direct
