Unable to process records in Oracle golden gate due to Long Running Transaction

Hi Team,

I am unable to process records in Oracle golden gate due to Long Running Transaction.

There are no long running transaction when we checked.

I have tried below steps

  1. send extract RRCEA1, showtrans
  2. and I got below result

3. send extract RRCEA1, skiptrans 1.120.13.87711

4. The result what I got is Sending SKIPTRANS request to Extract group RRCEA1 ...
Transaction [1.120.13.87711] not found.
