Work Center Efficiency Factor

I have a question on setting up run rates.

Currently for our ran rate, we take the machine rate and adjust that rate to factor in non production time.

Example our machine rate is a 100 pc/hr running non stop.  So in an 8 hr shift I would expect 800 pcs.  However, the machine has normal times that it would be down (breaks, lunch and etc).  Realistically I would only get 85 pcs/hr.

I would like to put the machine rate for the run rate but is there a field where I can add the non production value so that it can be added into the costing of the part number.
