Mass Reopening of Events?

This time of the year, we have many new employees hired without their birthdays being entered into the system as quickly as their HIR event is processed in HCM. As a result, the HIR event went to a "Finalized - Ben Prog None". Now that most of them have birthdays in the system, is there a delivered way to reopen those closed events so they can be reprocessed and finalized/apply defaults to get them in the correct benefit program?
