Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to prevent leave accruals while employee on intermittent leave?

We have an employee on intermittent leave getting paid based on available leave balances.

No regular pay involved.

We have Pay Status as a Numerical value (3) for intermittent leave.

As per company rules, employee is not supposed to accrue hours while on Intermittent leave.
