Automatic Debit Memo was not generated
Hi Team,
The user created a Purchase Order, completed the Receipt, and ran the "Pay on Receipt" process, successfully generating the invoice. However, after performing a return on this Receipt, the automatic debit memo was not generated. We've reviewed all related setup configurations, and everything appears to be correctly configured with no apparent issues.
This issue has been occurring regularly within our organization. Could you please provide suggestions on how to resolve this?
