Travel and Expenses - Open Search issue in PT8.60

We are currently testing the upcoming implementation of PT 8.60 and an "open search" can be created to search for "all" Travel Authorizations, Expense Reports, and Advances, but when saving such search, it is not visible as shown on images.
Also, when trying to create another search with the same name, the message listed below displays.
"The Search Name entered already exists. Please enter a new Name. (280,89)"
In addition when attempting to access the saved search on the Create/Modify pages, it is displaying as if no search has been saved as shown on image below.
Only on the View pages, the save search displays…
