In Internet Expenses, while approving an expense one user alone is getting the below error.

The issue is for just one user. While approving expense report receiving below error thus holding up expense approval
APPS.HR_SECURITY", line 686 occured in AP_WEB_CUST_AME_PKG.getTransactionRequestor with parameters () while performing the following operation: Calling AP_WEB_DB_HR_INT_PKG.IsPersonActive
