How to upload disk iso to a selfhost engine OLVM 4.5

I installed a self-host engine olvm 4.5 for test purpose.

Everything was fine, and I can log in to the portal, I downloaded the certificate and put into the web browser (Firefox). When I tried to upload the image from an Oracle Linux to install in a new VM, the test connection failed. With the message about the certificate.

Connection to ovirt-imageio service has failed. Ensure that.

ovirt-engine certificate

is registered as a valid CA in the browser.

I downloaded few times with the same results.

On ovirt fourums I read that when OLVM it is installed on Self host configuration, is needed extra task, but I cannot find them.
