Approved PR cannot create PO automatically through "PO Auto Creation from Requisition" program

Hi,

Could anyone help me to check this issue:

When a user uses a custom PO creation program, there is no way to successfully create a PO automatically.

When querying the background program, it is displayed that an error message was displayed for importing PO. The application line of line_num=1 received the following error message: Error: Purchase basis does not match the purchase basis on the referenced requisition line.
