Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to save quality results in HTML Receiving Inspection

Created Collection plan in Oracle Quality Module and trigger for specific item

PO Inspection profile option is set to Oracle Quality

When performing receiving in HTML Collection plan is triggered and entering results is possible

After saving the quality results Inspection status stays in incomplete

I am not able to save and complete the receiving inspection transaction

Same Setup for Mobile License Plate Number Inspection (Oracle Warehouse Management System) is working fine with Mobile App
