SELinux, what happens if we enable it?
I have always avoided using selinux on my database (Oracle RDBMS) servers. One of the first things I always did is disable it, for a number of reasons but always to prevent 'issues'. Hence, I never dug into the matter, as we only needed it to be disabled.
But what would happen if we are forced to use it in the future? Where should I pay attention to, and what issues can I expect? How to fix those?
