Approval Emails issue

Hi All,

Please one of our Oracle users suddenly stopped from receiving emails Oracle notifications for PR's & PO's approval despite nothing changed in the approval hierarchy since long time and all other users are receiving their notification emails daily normally.

I checked with email exchange team and nothing is blocking this user.

Any idea please?
