From Siebel 21.9 and above, Haley Rules Engine is obsolete, thus UCM Entity Survivorship can no longer use Haley Rules Engine as the External Engine. This new document provides information to setup UCM entity survivorship to to invoke survivorship rules defined in external customized business service.
