Max count of columns in flat file using application engine/SQR

I have a requirement to capture 350+ columns in a txt/csv format file , I never worked with this big flat file. So, thought of to check the feasibility using application engine. As per my analysis, the max column count is 80 using SQR.

Looking for support on this.
