Budget for career will not delete

in Campus Solutions - PSFT (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

Trying to delete a budget for another career for a student and it will not allow me to delete it. Campus Solutions 9.2 keeps giving me the error below. New record with a future effective date does not work.
