Rename Oracle_home name on windows

Hello,

I am trying to install workflow builder, but recieivng an error that says the Oracle_Home_name must be 16 characters or less. I can't change the name on the field. Do you know where I can find the oracle home name at on the PC so I can change the name to less than 16 characters?
