Receipt Quantity shortage issue

Hi,

In recent time we are facing this shortage issue. some of the suppliers sending the materials(small product & bulk quantities) through their invoice. For example in one invoice 10 sizes and each sizes are 3000 or 2000 quantities. at the time of receiving the material we can't check the quantity one by one, In system we select all the items and create the receipt. After receipt creation invoice generated in AP through pay on receipt. Then our QA team inspect the materials which was received, At the time only we found that we got the quantity shortage (For example in
