Cannot find a service in ISG to retrieve the report and output files for EBS concurrent programs

We need to use Oracle Integration 3 (OI3) to submit a concurrent program in EBS via Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG), wait until it has completed, and then retrieve the report and output files for the request (it's only by inspecting the content of these files that we can know the outcome of the concurrent request), again via ISG.

We have achieved the first two steps easily, using the Oracle E-Business Suite adapter in OI3 to:

Submit the concurrent program via ISG, which returns the concurrent request ID
Check on the status of the concurrent program via ISG, until it is shown as complete
