I cant access P6 virtual machine outside of office

Hello,

I'm a P6 user, and our software is hosted on a Virtual Machine. We have five seats, and there are no issues accessing the VM and working when we're at the head office. However, the problem arises when project managers are on-site or on the go, as they are unable to log in to the virtual machine remotely.

the VM is online and functional at head office; when trying to access the VM on the job site we get the screen capture attached.

Any tips or guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, is there a specific support portal for virtual machines hosted by Oracle?
