OLVM setup is complete, but add new server to OLVM cluster the new server is Non-Operational Status

Hello @everyone, I'd like to setup the OLVM using command line, and setup is complete. after that I'd like to add new server to the cluster but added complete, showing the "Non-Non-Operational" and Red icon show on these server. and can't run the Hosted VM. how to be fix it?
