ECO stuck in interface

in Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC) 9 commentsAnswered

we have ECO which stuck in interface with error as

Component 100-2101 already exists on this structure with an operation sequence 1 and is effective from 07-AUG-24. A Component cannot have the same operation sequence or overlapping effectivity.

we have scenario as per attcahed image. please go though it and let me

ECO03 cant be interface without implementing ECO02 ??????????
