Kindly help us resolve this problem occuring after patching our system to version 12.2.13

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.security.AccessControlException: the Permission ("java.io.FilePermission" "/File PATH" "permission"

We have granted read, write, and execute permission to the folder.

Error still persists.
