unable to receive notification on user approval account

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

Dear Oracle Team,

I am facing an error when i initiate the approval in Accounts Payables then i go to reports—>view approval history

so it shows below error

APP.SQLAP-10000: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error:
NULL index table key value occurred in
AP_WORKFLOW_PKG.Get_All_Approvers

even the approver user didn't get the notification.

My oracle version is Oracle EBS R12.2.10

Need your Invaluable support on this issue.
