Partial Order Shipment Behavior Different Across Environments (Dev, Test, Prod)

We are encountering a discrepancy in the behavior of order shipments across different environments (Development, Test, and Production). The same order exists in all three environments, but we are observing the following:

• In both the Development and Test environments, when we partially ship an order, the order line automatically splits to reflect the shipped and unshipped quantities.
• However, in the Production environment, this automatic line split does not occur when performing partial shipments, and the line remains as it is without splitting.

Has anyone encountered similar behavior, or could you provide insights on what could cause this difference in environments? Are there any configuration or setup differences between environments that could explain why the line split is working in Dev and Test but not in Production?
