How to change Template (Clone/Dependent) to (Clone/Independet)

Hi fellow OLVM Users,

I'm trying to change the template state on a virtual machine from (Clone/Dependent) to (Clone/Independet). So far, I have been successful with the following two approaches:

  • Clone the VM
  • Export/Import the VM

Does anyone perhaps know another way to do this, possibly without downtime?
