Orch - Form Service Request - Retrieving and Manipulating Processing Option Values

Hello Team,

I have created a form service request for submitted job applications. The input parameter is the job number, and the requirement is to retrieve the processing option values associated with the submitted job.

Using the form service request, I am able to successfully retrieve the processing option text. However, I am uncertain about the steps required to retrieve the value of a specific processing option item. Additionally, I would like guidance on how to manipulate the output to achieve the desired results.
