I need to know if CPU 36521936 is a cumulative patch?

I patched my Oracle Database Enterprise 19.24.0.0 with CPU 35962832 which was a cumulative CPU, then CPU 36521936. Now, I need to patch with BP 36878821 October, 2024. My question is,

with all of these patches, will all prior year patches be in these patches or at least one of them so that I am all caught up after the October patch?
