Open Enrollment Activity Guide Admin Complete
We have encountered an issue with Open Enrollment Activity Guides not being marked Complete. We have found employees think if they select Submit then they are done - nothing else needs to be done. And the activity guide does not get marked completed. We were asked to remove the Complete button altogether. But when researching we found it would have ramifications to Benefit Instances. Has anyone encountered any of this? If so, how did you handle it? Did you sql update the complete button to close the open enrollment benefits instance after all open enrollment processing was completed?
We did see that in a recent PUM functionality was delivered to provide Admins the ability to close Life Event Activity Guides. Has anyone tried this for their Open Enrollment Activity guide?
