Can the Promised Delivery Date be updated in an ST-OT Order thru JDE MRP/MPS Process/Batch Process

We have a ST-OT Process wherein the Goods are send to Field Service Engineers(FSE) from Warehouse(ST) and the goods are received by FSE thru the OT Process.

Promised Delivery Dates are bound to be updated depending on the Stock Availability as well as Transit challenges. In this scenario we would like to update the Promised Deivery Dates to be updated.

We would like to know whether the Promised Delivery Dates on ST-OT can be updated by any features within JD Edwards such as JDE MRP/MPS or any other Batch Program which can update such dates so that the FSE has a good visibility of Receipt of Goods and then the Service can be planned accordingly to the site for Repair.
